These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of fine art photographic prints, produced in limited and certified editions, through the website stefanodelia.com.


3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are expressed in Euro.
  • The seller operates under the Italian flat-rate tax regime; therefore, no VAT or withholding tax applies.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Stripe
  • Payment is required at the time of the order.

4. shipping and delivery

  • Prints are produced and shipped within 10–15 business days after payment confirmation. In case of unexpected delays, you will be promptly notified.
  • Delivery is carried out via express courier.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
  • Any delays caused by the courier are not the responsibility of the seller.

5. right of withdrawal and returns

  • Under Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from receiving the goods
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a written notice to: info@stefanodelia.com.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
  • Exceptions: returns are not accepted for customized products or for items damaged due to improper use.

6. legal warranty

  • In case of printing defects or damage during shipping, the buyer is entitled to replacement or refund.
  • Photographic proof of the defect/damage must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

7. Limitation of liability

  • The seller is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier.
  • The seller is not responsible for any malfunction of the website or external payment systems (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
  • For any dispute, the competent court will be the Court of Rome, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
