The subject
The White Lotus, second season (HBO, directed by Mike White), shot in 2022 between Taormina, Noto and Palermo. Four Emmys in 2023.
The point of view
It was my first HBO set, and I started it almost straight away at night: a weekend to adapt to the time difference, then days running from four in the afternoon to five in the morning. A slightly absurd way to step into a production this big.
The journey
Unit stills photographer in 2022, on set between Taormina, Noto and Palermo.
The images appeared in many online magazines and were used for promotion and for HBO’s archive. In 2024, season three, in Thailand.

The international cast included Aubrey Plaza, Will Sharpe, F. Murray Abraham, Adam DiMarco, Theo James and Jennifer Coolidge. The series was distributed in more than 150 countries.
