The subject
The third season of The White Lotus, the HBO series created and directed by Mike White: shot across Koh Samui, Phuket and Bangkok, on air from February 2025.
The point of view
On a set I don't control, I try to tell the story of a process through the people who bring it to life. Beyond the scene photographs for communication and marketing, I document how those scenes came about, the everyday reality of the work.
From film I bring to restaurant and brand work a taste for mixing lighting styles in contexts they don't belong to. Cinema lighting helps the viewer step into the idea of a story.

Unit stills photographer for the third season of The White Lotus, which aired February 16 to April 6, 2025 on HBO and streamed on Max: the anthology’s third chapter after Hawaii and Sicily, set at the Four Seasons Resort in Koh Samui.
Besides the Four Seasons, principal locations included the Anantara Bophut, the Anantara Lawana and the Rosewood Phuket. The cast included Parker Posey, Walton Goggins, Jason Isaacs, Carrie Coon, Leslie Bibb, Michelle Monaghan, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Aimee Lou Wood, Sam Rockwell, Lisa (Blackpink), and Natasha Rothwell returning as Belinda from the Hawaii season.
The season explores Eastern spirituality, death and class tension against the backdrop of Thai luxury resort culture. It holds an 86% score on Rotten Tomatoes, drew largely positive reviews from international critics, and drove a 312% rise in tourist bookings to Thailand.
