Ligamen is a WORK born from a collaboration with two other entities: Flovver by Barbara Mattei and Bilulu by Lucrezia Moro. The partnership between the two brands originated from the creation of a fratino (a traditional apron) by Bilulu and a floral installation at Bilulu’s atelier in Trastevere, Rome. My contribution to the project was a body of works narrating the relationship between these two realities, both deeply connected to nature—Flovver through foraging and the use of seasonal dried materials, and Bilulu through the creation of garments using natural dyes and sustainable, organic materials. Together, we crafted a visual narrative that explores and celebrates the intertwining of these different yet harmonious practices.
