Se Carne, Questa Carne
rediscovering the responsability of meat consumption through a dinner-performance.
Se Carne, Questa Carne is a project created in collaboration with Most of Italy, chef Tommaso Tonioni (ARSO Project), and chef Edoardo Tilli (Podere Belvedere, Chianti Rufina).
The photographic intervention was conceived as a performative moment within a dinner without a menu, in which four printed photographic works allegorically represented the life stages of meat and human consumption: Birth, Growth, Sacrifice, Celebration.
The images, served directly at the table, introduced each course and created a dialogue between art, cuisine, and storytelling.
